Catalin Serban

I have over 20 years of experience in digital design and strategy. My skills include creativity, business sense, and a passion for social and environmental causes. I co-founded a digital design agency and led product design and marketing at a software company, developing expertise in UX/UI design, project management, and product marketing.

For the past 10 years, I have worked at in/PACT, helping purpose-driven businesses improve customer loyalty by maximizing the impact of their community-giving programs. I have served in various roles including UX design, strategy, creative direction and product ownership. As the current Director of Strategy, I align business objectives with innovative initiatives to further our mission of bridging the gap between corporate good and customer awareness.
