Interactive cause marketing platform in/PACT announced a partnership with Neill Duffy to establish a new division which will focus on helping brands, sports and entertainment properties to activate their purpose. Duffy will serve as President, in/PACT Sports & Entertainment and as a member of the in/PACT senior executive leadership team.

Duffy has spent the last 25 years working in the international sports and entertainment business at the highest level, advising major brands, federations, properties, NGO's and agencies on sustainability and CSR strategies. During his career, Duffy has held a number of executive leadership positions, including President of Octagon Worldwide EMEA, one of the world's top sports and entertainment practices. As Chairman of the San Francisco Bay Super Bowl 50 Host Committee Sustainability Sub Committee, Duffy currently leads the effort to deliver Super Bowl 50 as the first ever Net Positive Super Bowl.  Duffy has also been a part of an Olympic and Super Bowl bid, managed international Olympic athletes, authored a book called Passion Branding and spoken at numerous international conferences including the TEDxSF Conference about leveraging the America's Cup and its "More Than A Sport" sustainability strategy and Healthy Ocean Project.

As President, Sports & Entertainment at in/PACT, Duffy has been tasked specifically with helping in/PACT activate purpose through providing the necessary interactive cause marketing and sustainability services, technology platforms and people-empowered giving initiatives for major sports and entertainment brands and sponsors at a global level.

Cofounders Amar Sharany, a pioneer in the field of cause marketing and Chairman of in/PACT, and CEO John McNeel, a 25-year veteran of advertising and global marketing, launched the company last year to bring a technology platform to market that allows brands and consumers to interact and engage with each other through people-empowered charitable giving.

"We couldn't be happier to welcome Neill on board," said McNeel. "His experience with sports marketing at a global level is unparalleled, and his passion for purpose and social impact will be amazing for our business and our clients."

"I am super excited to have the opportunity to partner with Amar, John and the in/PACT team to help amplify in/PACT's purpose across the sports and entertainment sector," said Duffy. "I have no doubt that in/PACT's social good technology platform, products and incentives will enable fan engagement at a level not yet seen, and in the process, redefine the role that sport and entertainment plays in contributing towards a more sustainable future."
