Day of Caring at Lowcountry Food Bank

Last week for our January Day of Caring, the in/PACT team volunteered at the Lowcountry Food Bank with Trident United Way. Together, our group helped sort 5,200 lbs of food in the Food Welcome Center and packaged 5,500 lbs of sweet potatoes! In total, that is the equivalent of 8,000 meals for those experiencing food insecurity in our community. A morning well spent! Thanks for having us, @lcfoodbank
