Purpose activation technology platform in/PACT has announced the hire of another former LinkedIn leader, Hari Jagannath, as their new VP of Operations. Jagannath will be bringing his vast experience in operations and development in support of sales, product and engineering organizations to help grow in/PACT's proprietary platform and active client activations.
While at LinkedIn, Jagannath managed a diverse global team of leaders, focusing on equipping the LinkedIn sales team with the leverage they needed to turn high-level strategy into meaningful action. By providing the processes, people and solutions to help them succeed, Jagannath played a key role in supporting LinkedIn's sales technology solutions in a scalable, flexible and cost effective manner. Prior to joining LinkedIn, Jagannath was Director of Program Management and Director of Product Operations and Planning at Yahoo!, responsible for software development processes and project execution for key Yahoo! properties and software platforms.
As Head of Operations at in/PACT, a technology platform that connects purpose to purchase through "people-empowered giving," Jagannath will focus his efforts on coordinating program management as it relates to product development and ongoing client activations, bringing his deep understanding of sales, activations and product to in/PACT's development and account management teams in San Francisco, Charleston and Bucharest.
"I had always envisioned that after retiring from my career in the technology world, I would have the time to put my efforts into helping causes that I believe in," says Jagannath. "With in/PACT, I am able to immediately align my career with my passion for real social impact. It is truly fulfilling when your passion, skills and talent can directly lead to doing good in the world."
"We are so excited to have Hari joining us during this major growth period for the company," says Kevin Eyres, CEO of in/PACT. "Hari's experience in product development and sales will be critical to the continued success of in/PACT's client activations and will allow us to deliver an even better customer experience than before."
